I grew up in the 80’s and my mom had been making this for us since I was a very young child. I know this list of ingredients looks crazy, but I promise you when you throw it all together and let it get all melty, it’s the most delicious queso you’ve had in a while. This recipe for my crazy easy queso dip will be a great addition to your taco night.

Jump to RecipeCall me crazy, but when I tried the queso at Qdoba I was thrown back in time with the flavors that reminded me of my mom’s queso, no idea if they’re even close ingredient wise, but if I had to tell what this would taste like, I would use that as an example.
This crazy easy queso dip is addictive, so be prepared to have lots of tortilla chips on hand for this unique take on a queso dip!
You will have to try it to believe it. This queso has some unique ingredients, including cream of mushroom soup! However, it is full of flavor and a great texture.
The nice thing about this crazy easy queso dip is that it doesn’t take a lot of expensive ingredients to make and it comes together in literally five minutes. I would recommend bringing this to a party and letting people guess what they think the “secret ingredient” is!
Assembly is easy! You just throw everything in a medium sauce pan and let it meld together for a little bit on the stove.
Or, you can put everything in a crock pot and let that go for a couple hours.
This is the perfect little crock for dips!Check out some of my other Easy Sides!
